Program Administrator of the Center for Nursing Excellence
Dana L. Metcalf, BBA, MHA, CRCP, is the Program Administrator for the Center of Nursing Excellence. She started her career at UAMS in 2018 as the Medicaid Enrollment Manager within the Integrated Revenue Cycle. She has experience with government contracts, federal grants, patient safety process improvement, community outreach, and strategic planning. Within the Center for Nursing Excellence, she has played a role in UAMS Magnet Designation, Daisy Nurse Awards, Bee Awards, and various other outstanding nurse achievement recognition across UAMS.
