Job Shadow Eligibility
- 18 Years of age or older
- 16 years of age or older (with parental consent)
- Vaccinated for Flu (October to May for current season)
- Must not have completed a clinical rotation at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS)
After completion of the online form, you will be contacted by unit leadership to complete confidentiality training and a few other forms. Please do not contact unit managers (CSMs) or Clinical Specialists (CSs) directly to request a job shadow. All job shadow requests must be submitted through the Center for Nursing Excellence.
