This evidence included 122 examples of evidence-based initiatives, quality improvement projects, research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other narratives demonstrating nursing excellence throughout UAMS Health. We are looking forward to hearing from the ANCC in the summer, with a tentative site-visit by August 2024. Visit the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program website for more information.
