Sabrina Enoch, RN IV, E7 – Medical Oncology/Transplant
Please join the Center for Nursing Excellence in congratulating Sabrina, RN IV, for being selected as the DAISY Award recipient for the month of July!
Sabrina Enoch, RN IV, E7 – Medical Oncology/Transplant, and was nominated by a co-worker. The nomination below reflects how Sabrina impacted their life in a very special way.
Nomination: I have had the honor of working with Sabrina Enoch on E7 for the past four years. Watching her growth and development as an oncology nurse has been amazing. She works four jobs, recently earned her master’s degree in nursing education, is a single mother, and is an active member of the oncology society.
Despite all the hats she wears, Sabrina always comes to work with a positive attitude, a kind heart, and an encouraging smile. I wanted to nominate her for the DAISY Award because not only does she show up for her patients, but she also shows up for her coworkers.
She is a mentor — not only to new nurses but also to the techs on the floor who aspire to become nurses.
The past several months have been really hard for me due to recent health issues and challenges with some coworkers. Sabrina has truly stepped up — not only ensuring that her own patients receive excellent care but also checking in on me and making sure I am okay.
This makes her not just an excellent nurse who cares for all, but the very embodiment of the core values this award represents. Her compassion, care, and guidance are exactly why she deserves the DAISY Award.
She consistently goes above and beyond — not just for her patients, but for everyone around her.
I am very grateful for her compassion, friendship, and support.
Thank you, Sabrina!
