Beverly is a Patient Services Coordinator on F9 – ENT/Orthopedic Surgical Specialties and was nominated by a patient’s family member. The following is the story of how Beverly impacted the patients’ life in a way that they will never forget.
“My mother, Linda Robenson, was so enthusiastic to get discharged after two nights in the hospital from 5/22 – 5/23, 2018. After the doctors told her on 5/24/2018 she would be able to be discharged, my Mother kept asking me to find out what time. Between my Mom and myself, we asked everyone we could see what time she would get discharged. Ms. Beverly Johnson came in because she knew my Mother was anxiously awaiting news. Beverly was so friendly and was great at helping my Mother understand each step in the discharge process and where my Mother was in the process. My Mother said Beverly’s check ins helped her relax and made time fly by. My Mother asked me to find out how she could make sure Beverly’s boss knew she was terrific. While wondering around the nurse’s station I found this form.”
