Rose is a Patient Care Technician on H9 – Solid Organ Transplant/General Surgery and was nominated by a patient’s family member. The following is the story of how Rose impacted the patients’ life in a way that they will never forget.
“My dad and I wanted to make sure that Rose received recognition for her hard work and dedication! She was my dad’s tech for a few days straight and so I got to see first-hand her ability and bedside manner. We thoroughly enjoyed her services and her ability to communicate. Her attention to all detail in his room was nice. She really cared about him and how he was doing. She made us laugh and feel at ease with her. That makes asking questions easier! She really took the time to go above and beyond and we want to thank her for being such a kind and good hearted person.
