Miracle Terry, Patient Care Technician, F4 – Trauma Progressive Care

Miracle is a Patient Care Technician and was nominated by a co-worker. The following is the story of how Miracle impacted their life in a way that they will never forget.
Nomination: Miracle always goes above and beyond for the patients and staff. She’s a very hard worker and such a team player. One night the unit only had one tech on the floor, and she noticed how overwhelmed the other tech was. At the time her assignment was to be a sitter. Miracle without hesitation asked the other tech was he okay. He stated no. Miracle volunteered to switch assignments with him so that he could have a chance to sit down to take a rest while she came out on the floor to answer call lights and attend to all the patient’s needs. Not only did she notice her coworker in distress. She also volunteered to take his place on the floor so that he could collect himself and regroup. She’s truly an amazing person and coworker! She deserves some recognition!
