November 2022 BEE Award

Robin Rogers, Patient Services Associate on PRI 6 Adult (Southside)

Robin Rogers, Patient Services Associate on PRI 6 Adult (Southside)

Please join the Center for Nursing Excellence in congratulating Robin Rogers for being selected as the November BEE Award winner!

Robin Rogers is a Patient Services Associate on PRI 6 Adult (Southside) and was nominated by a co-worker. The following is the story of how Robin impacted their life in a way that they will never forget.

Robin is absolutely amazing! She always comes in with her roller skates on and ready to rock n roll! She has a routine and builds great rapport with the patients. She always receives a report from the nurses so she knows what is needed in order to plan her schedule for the day. She takes her work very seriously and always does what is right for the patient. I always know it’s going to be a good day when Robin shows up! She NEVER complains about her tasks that she has to do. I also notice she does the room checks right away after getting here. Robin will help any patient that asks for help and will make sure all their needs are being met at that time. She also anticipates what the patients will need and will offer them something before they even ask. Robin makes sure the unit is clean and the unit stays organized while she is here. She exemplifies teamwork and dependability for our unit!

Way to go Robin Rogers!

Please congratulate Robin for Being Exceptional Every day at UAMS!
