We had a fabulous week last week hosting the ANCC Magnet Site Appraisers. They were very impressed with UAMS and mentioned that they submitted several exemplars on our behalf to the Magnet Commission in their report. The Commission will meet in November and we have been told our hospital’s designation will be determined at this meeting. We are anxiously waiting to hear their decision and we have already begun plans to celebrate! More information will be forthcoming!
