Nomination: I was in the hospital for an extended stay due to pregnancy complications. Between fears for my baby’s health, my health and the stress of becoming a parent, I was a mess emotionally! Erica was consistently positive and gave me the opportunity to get negative feelings out without judgement. She explained everything going on and answered all my questions as a first-time mom. My experience at UAMS would have been severely lacking without her support and care!
