Kimberly Tinner is a PCT in the ED – Emergency Department and was nominated by a co-worker. The following is the story of how Kimberly impacted their life in a way that they will never forget.
Nomination: Kimberly Tinner, PCT goes above and beyond for every patient. She meets everyone with grace and acceptance. Kim is undergoing chemotherapy herself and pours herself into the ED patients. As the charge nurse, if Kim is asked to do any task, she will finish her current task and before you know it, the task asked will be done, no matter where she is assigned in the department. Kim shows up to shift willing to do every job in the department, even given her diagnoses. Her undying love for the community UAMS serves does not go unnoticed. Kim is truly am inspiration to not only me, but everyone in the department. Thank you so very much Kimberly Tinner!
