Nurses on F8 were great as well as all the medical teams
My experience with UAMS was excellent. Everyone was so nice and made my recovery much easier. The staff were very caring people even down to the room cleaners….
I’ve been in several hospitals for treatments. This was by far the best. My doctors were the very best. Very smart and very caring. The nurses were absolutely the best. 8th floor nurses just amazing. Every single one of them. And the techs were also a joy to be around. Top notch every one of the nurses and techs and doctors. The food service needs some attention. The food was good but service and communication needs attention. I hope you will be able to know from this who my doctors, nurses and techs were because I have never been treated by any better. My words do not do justice to how good and caring they were. I felt like I was being taken care of by my family. Thank you all for that.
We were very pleased, there’s not much else to say, UAMS is number one for us we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!
I am extremely impressed with the Nursing Staff, Tech Staff, Custodial Staff, for having to put up/deal/handle/ communicate/support a patient after the verbal abuse, constant complaints, yelled at, degrading comments, tossing objects at, contradicting statements made toward them. They ALL did an excellent job of keeping their composure, dignity, professionalism at the core of their treatment to such a person.
Every single nurse we had caring for him were wonderful. He wasn’t an easy patient. They were kind and caring to him. His patient care tech, Donna, was amazing. She helped bathe him and got to it quickly after I asked something I know isn’t always easy to do! The nurses are BUSY. I’ve never been displeased with our care on any of the med/surg units or in the ED at UAMS. Thank you for taking such good care of him.
I’ve stayed in a lot of hospitals these last few years and I have to say I’m beyond impressed with my care, the staff and the hospital as a whole. Thank you for taking such great care of me!!
My nurses, Sarah and Rachelle were fantastic. Diana, the tech was also great. It was an overall really really good experience.
Professional care and treatment.
