Nurse Victoria was top notch! Kind, personable, easily relatable. Dr. Jordan White and his resident (did not catch his name and he’s the one I interacted the most with most other than the nurse) were super knowledgeable. The resident even called me back that evening after discharge to let me know that my radiology report had updated and let me know more findings on it. I almost didn’t come to UAMS. But I really am glad I did. This was one exceptional visit. They served UAMS well.
Nurse Victoria performed a potentially complicated Foley catheterization with great timing, care, and precision; Victoria is a huge asset to the UAMS ER staff. Nurse “Elise” made my dad and I (son) feel confident and comfortable, as if we were family – she too is a beautiful plus / positive to the ER staff.
Meese was the best nurse, she’s ever had, in ER, and on the first 3 questions, they probably should have been a 4. I didn’t wait long enough to hear all my options. I’m sorry. Overall, the experience was wonderful. We have 0 complaints. Thank you. Bye.
Had a very good experience. They got me back to a room right away. It was clean, private, and roomy. Aaron the nurse was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Fisher had a great bedside manner. I felt like he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would recommend this ER
Everybody, from the admitting staff, to the check-in triage nurse, the doctors, the nurses, and the CT scan staff were extremely professional, courteous, and compassionate!
Remarkably fast service – RN Susan was awesome. Everyone was. Thank You!!
While I was there I had some of the best care from the doctor’s nurses and floor staff of any place that I’ve ever been I believe that God hand-picked each and every one of these people to take care of me and I recommend this Hospital highly there was quite a few that stood out Dylan was one of them Caitlin was another one and Ally Smith my one of my doctors she really went above and beyond all three of those went above and beyond their Call of Duty there were others the young lady named van that was a night nurse and the list can go on and on so admins y’all keep doing what you’re doing you have done an excellent job y’all are doing your job and they’re doing theirs and I appreciate it.
I just wanted to say that the staff at UMAS did a great job specifically and especially Loretta I think her name is L-O-L-E-T-T-A she was the nurse on care she was expecting and pregnant. She took the time still to show me what she needed to show me, explained everything and she was very good and I’m a strong customer service person. So I specifically got her name so that I could give good feedback on her performance and I wanted to add that to make sure you all knew.
My nurse, Jennifer, was fantastic!!!! She is definitely a jewel and your ER department is certainly lucky to have her!!! She made a not so great situation more bearable and her attitude is amazing!!!!! I can NOT say enough about how much she put me at ease!!!! Kiddos to you Jennifer!!!!
Ashley and the doctor were really, really sweet for me and they took care of all of my needs when I was there that day and I really appreciate them.
My nurse was great!! She went above and beyond to take care of my requests/needs. She was very patient with me while my anxiety was high.
Our nurse Jordan was one of the best nurses we’ve ever had.
My Nurse was a literal angel!! She was so kind and took such good care of me!! Wish I could have her every time I had to go to the ER!!
Kaitlin(RN) was very professional. She took the time to make sure I was informed on my meds as well as making sure I was as comfortable as possible.
