Behavioral health care at UAMS Health includes a wide range of outpatient and inpatient services. At UAMS Health, we use evidence-based techniques to treat mental health and addictive diseases. With such a large staff of experts, our range of services includes treating addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. We also help women who are going through postpartum depression, high-risk pregnancy, addiction, infertility, or grief associated with pregnancy loss.

At UAMS Health AR ConnectNow, our mission is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of Arkansans. We do this through the AR ConnectNow Virtual Clinic which offers confidential, convenient virtual mental health treatment for all Arkansans, and the AR ConnectNow Website which provides trusted mental health education, support in finding high-quality mental health care, and practical tools to promote positive mental health.
Cancer and Behavioral Medicine
Patients who are experiencing problems related to stress, cancer or other chronic illnesses can receive specialized care at our Behavioral Medicine Clinic. At this clinic, patients and family members receive support and learn coping skills to improve quality of life.
