About Dr. Kaja
Clinical Biography
Dr. Kaja is an assistant professor in the UAMS Department of Psychiatry. He sees patients in the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Center at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. He is trained to work in a medically complex mental health clinic, capable of delivering specialized psychiatric care for patients with co-occurring chronic medical and mental health conditions and focusing on multidisciplinary treatment planning. He has advanced training in high-acuity pediatric health, child inpatient crisis stabilization, neurodegenerative disorders, treatment-resistant psychopathologies, and medically complex psychiatric presentations.
