Dr. Eddington graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and health sciences in 2016, then attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine and eventually completed a residency in psychiatry at Washington University in Saint Louis and Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Dr. Eddington was part of a research study involving young people with eating disorders while at Washington University in Saint Louis. She studied data from a national database of de-identified electronic medical records to identify co-occurring psychiatric disorders in the patients.
