Academic Biography
Dr. Todd Brinkley graduated from the UAMS College of Medicine and completed his residency in the UAMS Department of Psychiatry. He is also a distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force Officer Training School at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. Dr. Brinkley served four years at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana, before attending the University of Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology.

Dr. Brinkley is an enormous asset to UAMS. He's compassionate and takes the time to listen. He also takes the time to look at all aspects of my health, not just my mental health. I like that he looks at the big picture.

We had a problem with hearing each other through zoom, so physician called and we spoke by phone. We were able to see each other. We just need to figure out why we can't hear each other by Zoom. Not sure If one of my settings or on his end at PRI. We had same problem on previous visit.

They didn't know my medical history bc it wasn't from UAMS and I had to tell them my medical history. Just answered truthfully sorry if it skews the survey results or reflects negatively. My experience was wonderful considering I'm beginning treatment in bipolar which is unsettling in general.
