Academic Biography
Dr. Todd Brinkley graduated from the UAMS College of Medicine and completed his residency in the UAMS Department of Psychiatry. He is also a distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force Officer Training School at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. Dr. Brinkley served four years at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana, before attending the University of Arkansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology.
