Located in the Springhill medical corridor of North Little Rock, the new UAMS Health Orthopaedic and Spine Clinic offers the most comprehensive orthopaedic, spine, and sports injury care close to home.
Our fellowship-trained orthopaedic and spine specialists bring the highest level of expertise and experience to diagnose and treat a wide variety of orthopaedic, spine, and sports medicine conditions, including injuries resulting in sprains, fractures, dislocations, and tears, as well as spine conditions resulting in neck or back pain. Our pain specialists provide the highest quality care to patients suffering from acute, severe, and chronic pain conditions, including joint pain and pain associated with the cervical and lumbar spine.
Working together, our physicians and staff use personalized approaches to care to ease your pain, improve your mobility, and, most importantly, get you better and back to life faster.

Prescription Information
To refill a prescription, please ask your pharmacy to send an eScribe request to our clinic, or you can request a refill during your appointment. If you originally filled your prescription at the UAMS Health Outpatient Pharmacy, you can also refill your prescription online using MyChart.

Parking is available adjacent to the building.
Appointment Information
Some services in the Orthopaedic and Spine Clinic require a referral for an appointment. Please call our clinic to find out if a referral is required before you make an appointment.
Although UAMS Health does not require a physician referral for some services in this clinic, some insurance providers require a referral for specialty care. Please check with your insurance provider before requesting an appointment.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card along with a list of any medications you’re taking, including over-the-counter medications. You should also bring any medical records you can provide, including X-rays related to your visit and slides or test results from other clinics.
For future appointments, please provide updated medical and insurance information.
Telemedicine Information
In an effort to keep our patients and health care workers safe, we are offering virtual visits and phone visits.
