Overview
The UAMS Auxiliary Team Impact Award is intended to recognize outstanding service by 2 or more individuals, i.e. student, staff, faculty and volunteers who collectively make up a “team” and will be awarded to one “team” each year.
Participants & Eligibility
All participants on a team (2 or more individuals) must be current constituents of the UAMS community: student, staff, faculty and volunteers. Nominators may only nominate one team per cycle; teams may also self-nominate.
Criteria
Team Impact recipients must demonstrate a significant impact in areas related to the UAMS Mission, Vision, and Goals through exceptional performance, excellent service, ingenuity, and high standards of leadership as demonstrated by one or more of the following:
- Contributions to and demonstrated commitment to UAMS mission and core values
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interdisciplinary collaboration to address challenges, raise standards and achieve goals
- Promotes improvement in health, safety and work environment of the UAMS community organizational innovation, cost savings, ingenuity, efficiency, and/or technological advancement.
