All proceeds go to the UAMS Auxiliary to support UAMS patients, families and staff members.

Please supply us with a list of names and addresses for each Love Light you wish to share. The acknowledgement card will include your name and it will be addressed and sent to each person honored or to the family of the person remembered. Please provide the recipients’ email addresses if you prefer your Love Lights to be emailed.
Order OnlinePrint and Mail Option
All orders must send in online or delivered to the Hospital Volunteer Services Department (1E50) by December 19th. Print and return this form with a check made payable to “UAMS Auxiliary”.
