The Patient Relations team helps patients and families resolve concerns, complaints, and formal grievances about care and treatment at UAMS. We are committed to addressing your concerns in a timely manner.

How to Share a Concern or File a Grievance
Step 1 — Tell us. You may speak to any staff member about a concern with the service you are receiving. Often, concerns can be resolved right away by the care team.
Step 2 — Contact Patient Relations. To file a formal grievance regarding your care and/or treatment, speak with a Clinical Risk or Patient Relations Coordinator by calling 501-296-1039 during normal business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30.
Step 3 — Or submit your grievance in writing. Address written grievances to:

You have the right to a timely investigation of your concerns and to receive a written response to your grievance within a reasonable time.
