It is also an opportunity for you to shine through the display of evidence in your portfolio. Annual performance reviews for nurses at UAMS are carried out in two steps.
- Completion of Online Evaluation (through ESS)
- Submission of Professional Portfolio to your CSM/Evaluator

Performance Appraisal Evidence Guides for Nursing
RN New Grad – Novice/Advanced Beginner – 0-12 Months Experience.
RN I – Advanced Beginner – 12-24 Months Experience.
RN II – Competent – 24-36 Months Experience.
RN III – Proficient – 3 Years’ or More Experience.
RN IV – Expert – 4 Years’ or More Experience in Specialty
