About Dr. Martin
Clinical Biography
Dr. Robert D. Martin specializes in foot and ankle surgery, using advanced techniques and minimally invasive procedures to repair damage, restore movement and alleviate pain.
Dr. Martin is a fellow member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. He spent five years completing his internship and residency in Arkansas before traveling to Florida for specialized training in foot and ankle surgery. In addition to his extensive professional studies and accomplishments, Dr. Martin has served as a care provider and Spanish translator in El Salvador and Honduras.
Like many of our patients, Dr. Martin stays active with competitive sports and outdoor recreation, including hunting, fishing, boating, running, snow skiing and tennis. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family.

Provider did x-rays and told me just to stretch before I start my day. This does nothing to relieve the pain.

The doctor I had needs to actually listen to the patient and do not assume any thing about it would be nice to be treated with RESPECT. He had his mind made up about me and he was not going to help me with any surgery's etc. to be honest. My perception of the Dr he was Better than me what I needed didn't matter
