The UAMS Health Family Medical Center in Springdale provides primary care medical services to patients of all ages.
New Electronic Medical Records System and Patient Portal
Our clinic has transitioned to a new electronic medical records system through Epic. You will have a new patient portal called UAMS Health MyChart. It will keep all of your provider’s notes and test and lab results from all UAMS Health sites.
You will still have access to your MyPortal account, but no more information will be added to this account once our clinic begins using UAMS Health MyChart. You will be able to see all your most recent health information in your UAMS Health MyChart account.
