Treatment to address COVID-19 begins with a screening; either online, over the phone or at a drive-thru location.
Online and Phone Screening
Online screening is available through UAMS HealthNow. Phone screening is available through the UAMS Health hotline at 1-800-632-4502.
The screening is intended for adults (at least 18 years old) currently located in Arkansas who consider themselves to be symptomatic of the Novel Coronavirus. The screening includes a series of questions about your symptoms, age, overall health and travel. Depending on the screening questions answered, an interactive video consult may be conducted, and/or the appropriate authorities/response teams may be notified.

Drive-thru Screening
Drive-thru screening is taking place on site at UAMS and is designed to quickly and safely screen people with cough, fever, shortness of breath, flu, or COVID-19. When you arrive, you will be asked to turn off your engine and stay inside your car. A phone number and instructions will be posted at the location and you will register and begin your screening.

Testing
Due to a national issue with testing supplies, we are doing a very limited number of tests for flu or COVID-19 at our drive-up screening area right now.
