Central and Northwest Arkansas Flu Vaccine Clinic Dates

Vaccinations for UAMS employees, volunteers, non-employees and students will be available at special flu vaccine clinics prior to flu season.

Consent Form Required

The deadline for compliance with the influenza vaccination requirement is Nov. 21, 2025.

Please note: All UAMS employees and students will need a MyChart account to complete the influenza consent form and schedule a Flu vaccination appointment. You must complete the consent form before receiving your flu shot, and it is valid only for 48 hours before receiving the vaccine.
