Our secure portal includes electronic consent and media release forms that clearly explain how your story, photographs, or videos may be used by the UAMS Milk Bank.

Families have full control over what they choose to share.

You may:

• Share only the details you are comfortable providing
• Tell your story in your own words

The UAMS Milk Bank will only use the content you voluntarily submit and approve for use on our website, social media platforms, educational materials, and outreach efforts.

No protected health information will be shared by the Milk Bank unless you personally choose to include details within your own written or video story.
