Dropping Off Milk

Your generosity makes a real difference for babies in need.
You’re dropping your milk at one of our trusted depot centers. The depot team will keep it frozen and safe until it’s shipped to the UAMS Milk Bank.
Quick reminder:
If any of your milk is more than 6 months old, please let the depot team know so it can be sent to us right away.
Before You Drop Off
Place your milk in a sturdy bag (Target/Walmart bag or large Ziplock).
Label the bag with your name and/or donor ID.
Include one donor card in at least one bag.
Use this QR code to let the Milk Bank know you dropped of milk! Be sure to answer the question about WHICH depot so we know where to get it!
The QR code will link you to a quick survey that will update us on any changes you have experienced since your last donation!

You may park or pull up to the doors at the front of the circle drive. Call 501-686-5355 and someone will come meet you to enter or to meet you at your car to pick up the milk. Donors are always welcome to come in to see our facility.
Conway Baptist Hospital Milk Depot

Operational Hours: Call to schedule an appointment for drop-off. Enter the main entrance and take the “A” Elevators to the Women’s & Children’s Unit on the fifth floor. Or you can schedule a drive-up milk drop and someone will meet you at your vehicle at the hospital’s main entrance.
Fort Smith Baptist Health Milk Depot at Expressly for You

Mena Regional Hospital Milk Bank Depot

Operation Hours: Drop-off hours are available 24/7. Park in the Women’s Center parking lot and enter. On weekends and after hours, come in through the main hospital entrance and walk back to the women’s center. Enter through the first door of the Women’s Center and push the buzzer on the left of the second door to continue forward.

Instructions to donors making a deposit: Call 501-620-1280 before arrival to let someone know to expect you. Ask for Labor and Delivery at the front entrance of the hospital.
Or enter the main entrance and follow signs to Labor and Delivery. Ring the doorbell and Labor and Delivery staff will let you in so that you can come to the Labor and Delivery nurses’ desk.

During regular hours: From the main entrance go left up the little ramp, pick up on the phone and say they need to bring donor milk to the nursery depot drop off.
After hours: Come to the ER entrance and tell the clerk they have a milk depot drop-off. Go through the ER waiting area into the hallway beyond, walk to the end and go left. Turn right at the first hall on the right then left into the next left hallway (to Labor and Delivery). Pick up the phone to let someone inside know you are there to drop off milk.

Please call 501-776-6300 prior to your drop off, so staff can be ready when you arrive. Enter through the main hospital entrance. Once in the building go to the right. Turn right and get on the elevator. Go up to the third floor. Press the button for access to the unit. Go to the right and someone will assist you.
