WELCOME to the new Russellville area depot at the Russellville Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic! RPAC depot opened 11/26 with a ribbon cutting on site. If you live in the area they are excited to meet you and help you get your milk to the UAMS Milk Bank! Drop off your milk at 220 North Sidney Avenue at the RPAC Depot! Mon-Fri (8a-4p)
Information for dropping off milk at any area depot site is listed below.
Dropping Off Milk
Thank you for donating your milk! You are dropping your milk off at one of our depot centers. The depot team will keep your milk frozen and safe until it can be shipped to us at UAMS Milk Bank. If your milk is older than 6 months from when you pumped it please make sure to let the depot team know that your milk needs to be sent to UAMS Milk Bank soon.
Please have your milk in bags (like a Target or Walmart bag) or a large Ziplock with your name and/or donor ID on the bag. Please place a donor card in at least one of the bags you are dropping off. If you lost your donor cards or have run out the depot team should have a card they can give you or you can write the following information on an index card.

- Any change in complying with the waiting period after consuming alcohol? If so please call us at 501-686-5355.
- Has anyone in your house been sick or exposed to an infectious disease? If so, please call us at 501-686-5355
- Have you changed or added medication (prescription, over the counter, and or herbal supplements? If so, please call us at 501-686-5355.
- Is this your final donation?
- Do you need milk bags?

You may park or pull up to the doors at the front of the circle drive. Call 501-686-5355 and someone will come meet you to enter or to meet you at your car to pick up the milk. Donors are always welcome to come in to see our facility.

Operational Hours: Call to schedule an appointment for drop-off. Enter the main entrance and take the “A” Elevators to the Women’s & Children’s Unit on the fifth floor. Or you can schedule a drive-up milk drop and someone will meet you at your vehicle at the hospital’s main entrance.

Operation Hours: Drop-off hours are available 24/7. Park in the Women’s Center parking lot and enter. On weekends and after hours, come in through the main hospital entrance and walk back to the women’s center. Enter through the first door of the Women’s Center and push the buzzer on the left of the second door to continue forward.

Instructions to donors making a deposit: Call 501-620-1280 before arrival to let someone know to expect you. Ask for Labor and Delivery at the front entrance of the hospital.
Or enter the main entrance and follow signs to Labor and Delivery. Ring the doorbell and Labor and Delivery staff will let you in so that you can come to the Labor and Delivery nurses’ desk.

During regular hours: From the main entrance go left up the little ramp, pick up on the phone and say they need to bring donor milk to the nursery depot drop off.
After hours: Come to the ER entrance and tell the clerk they have a milk depot drop-off. Go through the ER waiting area into the hallway beyond, walk to the end and go left. Turn right at the first hall on the right then left into the next left hallway (to Labor and Delivery). Pick up the phone to let someone inside know you are there to drop off milk.

Turn right and get on the elevator. Go up to the third floor. Press the button for access to the unit. Go to the right and someone will assist you.
