All staff during check in/out, labs, and the nurse who took my basic/vitals were great. Doctor was uninformed about my chronic health conditions and the harms of weight loss and systemic anti-fat bias. I have serious medical trauma surrounding the latter, it is my #1 barrier to getting care, and cannot trust the advice of a doctor whose first advice is "well have you tried losing weight"?

Although we recommend this clinic, we dread coming because of wait times and patient anxiety. We always have to wait too long for doctor to come into the room, then the nurse comes back. Lab was pretty quick. But then go back to room and wait on attending physician. Patient has [PHI]. He is anxious going into appointment and almost broken down after end of appt. There should be some special consideration for those with mental illness.

Doctor Reece was very thorough with accessing my medical history and her recommendations for preventative vaccinations and respectful of my decisions on what tests I was willing to get. The nurses, blood test person, and all others were very welcoming and courteous. I was really impressed.

Yes, I was a new patient. I've only seen the doctor once, so they didn't have all my medical information.
