After Hours

If you are in need of urgent or emergency care, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department at your local hospital.

If you are sick or have a minor injury and need to talk to someone right away, you can access UAMS HealthNow for a video visit with a UAMS Health provider 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Parking Information

Parking is available in Parking 3, a parking deck at the corner of South Cedar Street and West Capitol Avenue. Parking stubs for patients are validated when checking in at the clinic for their appointment.

Valet parking is also available in front of the UAMS Health Outpatient Center for a fee.

Appointment Information

The Optical Shop does not require an appointment, but you can call and schedule a time if you would like. The optical shop is self-referral.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

For your first visit, please bring your prescription from your doctor, a photo ID and your insurance card. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.

UAMS Health MyChart

UAMS Health MyChart is a free online patient portal that gives you secure, 24-hour access to your health information. You can view lab and test results, send messages to your doctor, make appointments, pre-register for visits, refill prescriptions, and pay your bills. New patients can also register for MyChart and schedule their first appointment at participating clinical locations using the same simple tool—making it easier than ever to get started with UAMS Health. Ask your provider or clinic staff to send you a sign-up link by email or text. Once you receive the link, you’ll have eight hours to sign up using just your name and date of birth.
