We did have to wait to be seen. We learned after the visit that Onna Lau MD is leaving UAMS in Sept. The change in PCP in my opinion is a disruption in care. Even though I have been pleased with my care up to now i am unhappy about losing this provider. I may look for another pcp in a different setting.

Your Dr's & Nurses & front desk staff are wonderful... as is the young woman drawing blood... the new parking system isn't very good... the system to remind me about my appointment is irritating... with emails and texts that continue after I say yes, I am coming, and after I check in on line. I filled out the questions on line, again in the waiting room, then was asked the questions by both the nurse and the DR... this will teach me not to bother to check in on line... the DR and nurse say they can't see my answers from the on line process
