Clinical Biography

Dr. Khan is part of the Solid Organ Transplant Team where he is involved in pre-transplant recipients evaluation, donor evaluation, immediate post-transplant care, and long-term post-transplant care of kidney transplant patients.

Dr. Khan's Academic Background

Academic Biography

Dr. Nasir Khan is an assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Nephrology and the Solid Organ Transplant Service Line.  He received his medical degree in Pakistan and then worked in emergency medicine in Queensland Australia.  His internal medicine residency was completed at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.  He then went on to complete his fellowship in Nephrology at Yale University in New Haven, CT and Transplant Nephrology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.

Dr. Khan is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Transplant Nephrology.
