The doctor and nurse was great and always is. The bad is checking and out because if disable you stand very long. So us disable people need a chair to sit down while we wait.
Dr. Simon is a nice lady, but she does not do physical exams. She just types in the computer. I'm diabetic and she never checks my feet. Or my ears, nose or anything else for that matter. She does not leave the computer at all during biyearly exams. I don't see why I have to have them. Just to watch Dr. Simon catch up on her computer work.
The Drs at UAMS are way better than my previous Dr. My previous pcp made me feel very uncomfortable bc he always had a way of making me feel stupid anytime I'd ask a question but UAMS Dr's (can't remember the 2 gentlemen's names) not only made me feel validated in asking my question they even gave me an answer to my question and did so with professionalism, compassion, and I really felt like they became Drs for the right reason bc I could tell they truely cared about helping get my medical issue resolved that day. Well Done UAMS Drs! I hope this helps with y'all's survey
I have been with UAMS since 2008 and I have been blessed with good Doctor's so far. I thank you all for that.
You have the best doctors that I have found so far. Your doctor's seems to know how to make the patient feel at home and the doctor knows what they are doing unlike my last doctor. Thank you for the test and interest in my health.
This was a routine check up for which I was notified of appointment. I had some new minor problems which were addressed while I was there.
