About Dr. Kodali
Clinical Biography
Dr. Maneetha Kodali is a graduate of Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. She started her residency in family medicine at UAMS in July 2014. She graduated in July 2017 and moved into a fellowship in Geriatrics at the Reynolds Institute on Aging.
Dr. Kodali has research experience in the association of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with mild cognitive impairment and dementia. She has had numerous volunteering experiences including participating as an active member of the Polio Eradication Campaign organized by the World Health Organization for 3 consecutive years. In her spare time, Dr. Kodali enjoys backpacking along with hiking and her dogs. She is proficient in English, Telugu and Hindi languages. Dr. Kodali sees patients in the Thomas and Lyon Longevity Clinic.

A totally wasted experience

The Doctor listened to my concerns and helped me understand some of the diagnoses given to me in the emergency room prior to coming to see her. She has a wonderful bedside manner and does not just leave when done. She makes sure I understand all she has told me.

Dr. Kodali may have been under time pressure. This annual evaluation only took about 20 minutes, and she was not as actively engaged as she has been in the past.

Dr. Kodali is always very kind, and she takes her time to talk to me. We were going over my test results and she made some referrals to address a couple of concerns. The referral system at UAMS is one of the best features of the overall health care because usually the referrals are made quickly, and your appointment is made within days.
