This survey is in regards to Dr. Al Hawwas. Dr. al Hawaas was completely dismissive of my chief complaint neuropathy in my right forearm/hand following my CATH procedure. This issue did bit manifest until following the procedure. Instead of reassurance that that the complaint would be investigated, I was just shoved off following a few tickles of my palm and fingers. I deserved better just because I am the patient; but moreover, considering the health issues I have, my care team could have handled my case better after waiting almost and hour to be seen. This is a repeat of the poor service received during the CATH procedure itself.

Yes, y'all can improve the doctors. It seems like they're seeing us just for the money and no kind of, no kind of love or concern about us, just to get that money. So yes, that's what I'm I'm leaving with y'all.

I find that the doctors are absolutely wonderful. You'll never hear me complain at this point, but the nurses, there is a lack in the nurses at the hospital, and in the offices. Not all offices, but the one I dealt with at the cardiologist, yeah that one and I had some issues. She didn't listen, she basically mocked me. I just...I did not like being there with her at all. She triggered my complex PTSD, because any time I'm unsafe, that's what happens, and I'm...you know, I'm sorry to have to say that, but that's how I feel.
