Clinical Biography
Dr. Evans is the Clinical Director at Little Rock Community Mental Health Center. She came to UAMS in 2008 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans where she successfully helped bring evidence-based mental health services into the corrections setting. She has over 10 years of experience in administration, management, and delivery of mental health services for underserved populations.
