This provider was very uninterested. In fact, she did not take proper history, she jumped to conclusion multiple times and seemed very distracted. She did not examine me. And When I asked her for Medications to help with my condition as I was mainly referred to her for that purpose, she stated that her clinic does not prescribe any medication's. That medication's are typically tried by other providers prior to referring to her and that they mostly do procedures there. Overall, I felt very rushed. I also felt like the specific provider and you very little about my condition and Was very uninterested in exploring options for treatment

She listened Intently and with care. The computer wasn't working properly so had to delay a lot of questions and made it hard for her to work. Two suggestions: upgrade WiFi in that area and redo the waiting area. It was unkept, finger prints all over the plexiglass/counter and the flooring was dirty.

I have nothing with miss Kincaid's rank or rating ie Dr. , PA , nurse' ms Kincaid was very easy and pleasant to talk with. She answered my questions that I could think of about something I know nothing about.very satisfied at the time. I am sure I will have more questions to ask and hopefully the person answering will be as pleasant as Ms Kincaid
