Everyone I was in contact with from the Covid checkpoint at the entrance, through the labs, to my check in, to nurses, aides, and my doctor could star in a video called, "Positive Vibes at UAMS." The video would end at the checkout desk with a lovely lady, smiling behind a mask. making my next appointment.

I am from out of town. The staff worked hard to get as much done in one day that could be done and treat my case with attention to detail.
