Clinical Biography
Dr. Gili Halfteck’s main focus is endocrine surgery. She takes care of patients with thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal disorders who either need surgery or follow up.
Dr. Halfteck’s secondary area of focus is breast surgery. She takes care of patients with breast cancer and also sees patients at high risk for breast cancer for risk-reducing treatment and screening.
She received training in breast and endocrine surgery by nationally and internationally known surgeons and Dr. Halfteck received training in breast and endocrine surgery by nationally and internationally known surgeons and aims to provide the people of Arkansas with state-of-the-art treatment for endocrine and breast diseases.

This was my first interaction with Dr Gill. She was very dismissive of the care I have received in the same clinic for the past 15 years. She opposed previous dx and tx plans with very little explanation. The bedside manner did not allow for a safe feeling to ask questions or ask for more explanation. I will likely seek breast specialty devices elsewhere moving forward.

Doctor explained that she didn't feel that I needed to continue receiving an MRI even after my concerns regarding my dense breasts. She also indicated that eventually I wouldn't need to been seen at this clinic.
