Dr. Schafer has been so helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding. My only disappointment is that he will be retiring, even though he deserves it. The professionalism, compassion, and care I received from him far surpassed any other Drs I have seen to try to get to the bottom of the symptoms I have been dealing with in this area. He will be greatly missed. I appreciate both his book recommendation for my further understanding and his referral to a physical medical therapist to further assist me. I have high confidence in trusting his advice, especially as he has a child who also shares my diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Schafer! You give me hope that there are Drs out there that care, even if they are not always easy to find. It was well worth the 2 year wait to get in to see you!

Dr. Schaefer is one of the best physicians I could recommend as both a referring provider and patient. I can attest to this not only from his knowledge and expertise but for his care and compassion for his patients. His skills, demeanor, and lifelong dedication are truly appreciated. Thank you!

Dr. Schaeffer read my health and family history intake forms carefully and was very courteous towards me and my family during my visit. He took my concerns seriously and treated me respectfully. He provided me with a health plan that was appropriate for my concerns and condition. He was very knowledgeable about my condition and validated my experience. I am very happy with the level of care he has provided and look forward to contrite working with him and his team. It was well worth the lengthy wait time to get in to see him.

I found the visit to be very informative and the doctor and nurses were awesome to be around. I instantly felt comfortable and knew that they were indeed interested in my genetic situation. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. I was sad, however, that I had to wait 9 months for this appointment, and that I had to drive to Fayetteville, AR from [CITY], AR.(about a 3 hour trip one way) I am 79 years old, and in bad health, so I wished I had an earlier appointment, and one closer to my home. It was definitely worth the wait and the distance, however. I am having trouble paying the [AMOUNT] to the [LAB NAME AND LOCATION]. I tried in my portal, in their portal and in an email. They are not taking calls until Monday, so I will call them again, and see if I can make the payment for my Genetic Testing over the phone. I was not able to pay that at my Genetic appointment on June 4, 2024. I was told I had to pay the company directly. Signed: [PATIENT NAME AND DOB]
