Dr Porchia gave me an excellent treatment and counsel. Dr. knew I couldn't take certain oral meds because she had reviewed my labs. Dr also showed me an anti-fungal nail polish that I can use. YAY!!!

The front desk clerks need to be more courtesy and concerned about patient's needs when they are trying to see the doctor especially if they are in an emergency state. I tried to get in touch with my doctor/Nurse for 4 days, they keep giving me the run around, saying they were busy, and they would give the nurse my message and she would call me back, but they never gave her the message from the first call- in. I was in extruciating pain and couldn't walk! I had to keep calling several times for days, until, someone cared enough to give the nurse my name and number, I finally got a call back to get an appointment scheduled as soon as possible. I felt like, I was in pain, the clerks were unconcerned and unprofessional! Why do people have to go through all of that, to get an appointment, after days of trying???
