She didn't listen to me at all, just sent me home with no real plan to handle my allergies. Just gave me a stack of meds I can't afford (even though I work at uams) and that I told her I've already tried and they didn't work. Didn't even try to give me any relief for day to day allergies, either. Now I'm going to have to spend more money to go to a better doctor who will listen to me.

Dr. Jefferson has gone above and beyond to explain treatment options, how they work, and has worked to ensure that I have affordable routine medications. Without access to the patient assistance programs that the physicians and pharmacists facilitate, I would not be able to afford treatment for my condition.

Been coming to UAMS for years and for once everyone was friendly, smiled and showed concern with scheduling my appointments since I live 2.5 hours away. In the past it has not been this way. So glad these positive changes have been made it makes for a better experience. Dr. Jefferson has always been so kind and compassionate and listens to me. She is an all around great physician.

Dr. Jefferson was very attentive. She made sure that everything was addressed, all my concerns were addressed during the visit. She scheduled follow-up appointments with other providers and she made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before we left the office. She was very attentive and very understanding and I really like her as a provider.
