I finally have seen a doctor who will provide an RFA for my [CONDITION]. I had one in [DATE] which gave me 4 months pain free. After waiting 3 mos. I saw Dr. [NAME] who was a complete waste of time; he did not listen to me and insisted that he was going to take a conservative approach which meant he prescribed a larger dose of [MEDICATION] which I knew I could not tolerate. I ended up in our local [OTHER FACILITY] emergency room where the doctor showed through blood tests that I can not tolerate that level of [MEDICATION]. Then I saw Dr. [NAME] who was kind and seemed to have a possible solution to my [CONDITION]. He gave me two nerve blocs, neither of which helped. Then he recommended Dr.and I got an appointment very soon. I do not understand why the doctors do not talk to one another! If I had seen Dr. Amole first, I would not have wasted 5 months!

You did very well and the doctor explained exactly what, you know, what was going on. The only thing is that they said they were going to do a test, and I still not have heard back for, as far as a time or anything like that for the test. So that's all I can say.

They need to have staff to contact you back. I understand that it is a very busy place, but to get someone to contact you back is not very good. I really like uams & the doctor that have taken very good care of me. To contact someone or to get them to contact you back is a very slow process. They need to hire more people to help!

He is not accessible between appointments for complications, so I went to the E.R. He did see me there.
