Application Requirements
Applicants must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited college/school of pharmacy. The applicant must also be eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas.
Applicants must submit the following documents via PhORCAS by January 2:
- CV
- Transcript from school or college of pharmacy
- 3 references
- Supplemental application (in lieu of a Letter of Intent)
