Why UAMS: I chose UAMS because of the supportive and encouraging environment I experienced during both my rotations as a pharmacy student and residency interview. The faculty and preceptors were not only welcoming and approachable but also deeply invested in my professional development. Also, UAMS offers a broad range of learning experiences across inpatient, outpatient, and specialized care, which I value as I pursue my interest in internal medicine while exploring new practice areas. The program’s variety, paired with a strong culture of mentorship, makes it the perfect place for me to grow as a pharmacist!
