How Do I Know If I Have an Anxiety Disorder?

If you think you might be suffering from anxiety you should visit a primary care doctor or therapist. You can also take a free anxiety screener to see if you might have anxiety from the comfort of your own home and share these results with your doctor.

While anxiety is hard, you can get better. Your doctor or therapist can help you with a treatment plan that may include medicine and helping you make changes to your daily life like face the things you worry about the most and change how you think, feel, and act.

You can also get better when you make changes to your daily life, such as:

This can include learning breathing exercises, reading in a quiet place, and yoga.
