Waited about 20 minutes to see the nurse after the doctor left that was somewhat disappointing I had to go to the front desk and ask if they had forgotten she showed up immediately. I'm assuming she had forgotten.

I thought the provider was very full of himself. He seemed to think that it was other doctor's issues, not his, and that it was a complete waste of his time. He brushed through me like within two minutes of visiting him, and I really didn't appreciate that. And then the nurses didn't know how to put the monitor on me, the heart monitor. According to Phillips, they did it incorrectly, and Phillips was having to send new supplies to replace the supplies that got wasted. And Phillips said that I would have to reach out to your clinic and inform you that you're doing it incorrectly and this is the correct way to do it. I don't know if something's changed or not, but I just felt completely brushed aside and completely ignored, especially by the provider.
