Clinical Biography
Samer Al Hadidi, M.D., M.S.(CRDSA), FACP, is an assistant professor of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from University of Jordan, and his M.S.(CRDSA) at the School of Public Health and Biostatistics at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Dr. Al Hadidi trained in Internal Medicine in Hurley Medical Center/Michigan State University and Hematology & Oncology in Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Al Hadidi is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the American Society of Hematology (ASH), the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and the American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (ASTCT).
Dr. Al Hadidi research interests include plasma cell dyscrasias including multiple myeloma with a focus on drug development, cellular therapy, immunotherapy, health equity and medical education.

It seems like most of the time the Dr is very set in his ways and definitely leans the conversation to his preference. I feel that all info/options should be given and then a decision made together. Could be better at considering things other than medical in making decisions. But we have learned his bed side manner and know it going in so we typically have good conversations because of the questions and information that we bring.

The entire staff at the Institute seems to take a personal interest in the health of the patient. Each member takes time to speak, and Dr Hadidi even remembered that my wife was not with me on this trip.
