The only thing that I would say that could be changed or done a little bit better is for the doctor to stay in the room for a little bit longer. So I feel like when I get there, it's like a 30-second ordeal and he kind of walks out. It doesn't really give me time to think or like answer my questions and sometimes I forget. But that's really it because I drive like two hours, from two hours to see him. So I'd like him to stay in there for at least 15 minutes. Anyway, thank you. Bye-bye.

I always feel like Dr. O'Malley is in such a hurry. I take a little longer to process everything before being able to formulate questions, and it seems like I always leave there with more questions than before I arrived, and I always leave a little confused. I was actually planning to send a message in MyChart today to ask some of the questions I have. I know he has a lot of patients to see, but it really doesn't feel like I matter as a patient when he''s in and out in such a hurry. It just seems like he''s herding cattle through there.

Thank you to the ladies at the front desk who did a good job checking me in, making me feel welcome, and following up with me and encouraging me at checkout! My husband and I both felt welcome and at ease with Miss [NAME]. Miss[NAME] was confident and competent with getting my data entered into the digital system, and accurately communicated to us that radiology would be coming into the room next. She was also a super nice person, and a calming presence. She provided a great and calming start to my doctor's visit! Miss [NAME] in radiology was super friendly, laid back, upbeat yet calming at the same time, confident, gentle with her touch, and an excellent teacher to the student in the room. The student in radiology did an excellent job getting me set up for the x-ray view she was in charge of. She was also focused and observant, paying close attention to, and, as far as I could tell, following all instructions given to her by her radiology mentor. Finally, it seemed to me like she was asking excellent questions to her mentor. Dr. [NAME] did a great job. She asked me quite a number of excellent questions, listened carefully and compassionately to my responses, was kind, caring, and engaged, maintained excellent eye contact, and did a fantastic job physically examining me. I learned some interesting things from Dr. [NAME] through her questions and physical evaluation of me, two of which I am considering following up about with my doctor back home. Miss [NAME]was engaged, observant, a great listener, and a calming presence. I felt heard and cared for by Miss [NAME] during my visit. I am so appreciative that Dr. O'Malley saw me on such short notice. He was upbeat, did a good job physically examining me, and went over with me my MR images and the new X-rays taken on the day of my visit, which I really appreciated because I am a very visual learner, especially about all these things related to my hip. Dr. O'Malley listened to my concerns, and he shared an incredible amount of knowledge and experience with me related to my condition and related to surgeries he's done on hip conditions similar to mine. Dr. O'Malley gave me and my husband a good understanding of what the pre- and post-surgery experience would be like. Additionally, he was sensitive and accommodating to the 3-hour distance away we live from Little Rock as well as the work-related scheduling needs my husband and I are dealing with in anticipation of a potential surgery. My husband thought one of the most positive qualities about Dr. O'Malley, and one of the things about my visit that we appreciated the most, was that Dr. O'Malley did not try to push me to have hip surgery right now, or possibly at all. Instead, after our lengthy office visit discussing the many facets of the problem (Thank you to Dr. O'Malley for taking the time!), he said that since (a) I was not able to comply properly due to life circumstances with the physical therapy I had done in years pas [Truncated]
