Clinical Biography
Gerry Dean Ezell, M.D., joined the Department of Internal Medicine as an Associate Professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine in 2019. Dr. Ezell received his medical degree from UAMS. He completed his internship at Pensacola Naval Hospital and residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Dr. Ezell has extensive experience as an internist and has held numerous positions in Arkansas. Dr. Ezell is currently the Interim Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency program at UAMS Northwest. Dr. Ezell’s areas of expertise include primary care, medical care of adults with complex medical problems, occupational medicine, travel medicine and global health.
